What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic approach that supports balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It is an art and a way of living that radiates good health in daily life. The primary goal is to promote and support well-being through a multimodality approach that is tailored to each individual and not a one-size fits all approach.
What should I expect working with an Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant?
Prior to your consultation, you will complete an intake form which I will go over and have a few suggestions ready for at your initial consultation.
During your initial consultation, I will go over your intake form with you in detail identifying areas of desired improvements and leaving you with a few easy suggestions to start.
After your consultation, I will formulate a comprehensive suggested plan based on your initial intake form and what showed up during your initial consultation with me.
I will make clear suggestions about which Ayurvedic tools you can adopt to maintain a life of balance. Suggestions may include daily routines, identifying causative factors, pranayama techniques, meditation, and movement.
You will receive your comprehensive suggestions with a brief follow-up to go over any questions you may have and additional support you may need.
I value you, your wellness goals, and being part of your support team while guiding you in a manner that will enhance your success. Because of this please allow 2 hours for your initial consultation.
