If you are like me, you probably grew up in a time where “because I said so” or “don’t question authority aka “adults” were staple phrases. What many parents failed to realize was that those simple phrases were heard by children as “your voice doesn’t matter” “you are not safe” or perhaps “you are not enough” to name a few. They shaped beliefs in children of who they should be rather than who they are, creating a false perception of how they show up as adults. Don’t get me wrong, there are times as kids we heard those phrases and were untouched by them, and there were times words cut us the deepest, leaving long-lasting scars that we try to hide rather than heal from them. Scars can be beautiful; they can be a reminder of how we have healed and used those experiences as lessons leading us to our greatness.

Here’s what many of us weren’t told, you are amazing, you are meant for greatness, you will stumble along the way, you will pick yourself up, you can be anything you dream of, it is not what you say it is how you deliver it, your voice does matter, and the list goes on.

Many of my clients come to me to help them restore balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They are stuck in the story they were told which imprinted in their memory bank they are not worthy of living their best life. What does that mean? On an energy level, it creates blocks even when one feels they no longer have those beliefs yet forward movement isn’t happening. Energy blocks are in the way preventing them from living their best life.

How do we release what no longer serves us or serves our highest good? Although it is a process it is a rewarding one. Below are a few ways that have helped me and my clients.
